About Partners eVisits and MGH Virtual Visits
The Partners eVisits and MGH Virtual Visits web sites ("Partners eVisits") is a resource made available by Partners Healthcare and the General Hospital Corporation d/b/a the Massachusetts General Hospital ("Partners") to patients to help your clinician evaluate and manage your condition and care in a manner easier and more convenient for you. A Partners eVisit or Virtual Visit ("eVisit") is a follow-up or other appointment with your clinician conducted through a web portal using structured medical questionnaires and/or videoconferencing. It is not a substitute for all office visits, which should be carried out as your clinician advises. Any communication features, such as clinical messaging and eVisit tools, support but do not replace or establish a doctor-patient relationship. Information received and sent in an eVisit may become part of the patient's medical record. Partners provides this web site as a healthcare delivery resource to be accessed as requested by your clinician and at your discretion. Partners offers this service as a convenience and by choosing to access and use Partners eVisits, you acknowledge and agree to all of the terms and conditions of use set forth herein.
